OBJECTIVE 1 Each DFP team in its respective area of the state manages federal program functions effectively in order that clients receive funds in September; provides support and leadership for integrating federal funds into school reform efforts of teaching and learning and ensuring all children achieve; provide immediate technical assistance to clients with specific answers on the hundreds of pages of statute, regulations and guidance, and provides a federal program review system that meets the needs of our clients for the following programs:

OBJECTIVE 3 Provide joint technical assistance with the Pennsylvania Association of Federal Programs Coordinators (PAFPC), the Keystone State Reading Association (KSRA), et. al., to administrators and teachers on behalf of our students in implementing school reform.
